Overview

I honed my writing, communication, and project management skills while working as a student co-op at DTE. I developed strong relationships with internal clients to create training documentation and monthly communications. I worked closely with subject matter experts, interviewing them to understand both current and future business processes. My role required me to take complex, technical information and translate it into clear, accessible language for a variety of audiences. I also managed the project’s communication plan, ensuring all written materials were aligned with organizational objectives and delivered effectively.
